We know, we know, we can sometimes sound like an old vinyl record with the needle stuck, but when we saw The Sunday Times’ article about classic Italian regions we could barely contain ourselves.
It is a well-researched and written piece. Although we may be slightly one-eyed on this, how can you resist the magic of Emila Romagna, the region so close to our heart and where the Ponti’s story started back in 1963? If the restaurant is staff-free the next time you visit, you’ll know they have all embarked on the tasting road trip that is mentioned.
